EP Update 1

Hello!

Recently I have been working on this project and want to clean it up, in the sense of adding vocals, or make it more interesting rather than just loops if it is going to be purely an instrumental. But when am I going to clean it up??? I’m not too sure, nor which route I will take, in the sense of adding vocals, or adding more melodic content and variation… But I do know I want to make an EP and apply my new knowledge of mixing and mastering so that way I have a good solid work piece for a music production portfolio, because some day I want to teach music production. Mixing and mastering is something I have always been unconfident about, but I can’t let that stop me, so I have done some research and want to apply my new knowledge into this new EP. I have attached the mp3 if you are interested in taking a listen. Or you know what…. I think I’ll post it on my SoundCloud for now, and maybe that’s where I will post all my demos… At first I used to use my SoundCloud for finalized projects, but I think I’m going to change that now.

For the next song of the EP, I have a rhythm and melody(-ish) in my head for the bassline.

I wonder how poorly my typing and grammar is going to be for these blogs… I don’t want to use ChatGPT to edit these what-so-ever. Are those dashes ChatGPT-esque? ehhh, whatever. This is kind of fun. Typing a bunch of random mumbo jumbo stuff, it’s like a diary, but I don’t think this content is as important for a blog so imma just separate it into a different paragraph. oh well.
